Do I need to be in shape before I start?

 NO- Carla being a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant can help modify and instruct any members workout! Even with a prior injury or illness, you CAN DO CROSSFIT!!  There are many athletes without arms or legs that compete in this sport, there isn't a movement we can't substitute or modify for you!!

How do I sign up for Class?

We are High tech- You will recieve a login for WODIFY, an online class registration and record keeping service. You can download app and register for class 3 days in advance. 

How do I get started?

There are many ways to get your foot in the door.

2. Come to a community Workout the first Saturday of the month, or special events posted Open to Community. 

3.  Ask a member to bring you for a free class!

4. Just Show UP! We will never turn you away, and even if you want to just SEE what it's like, its okay with us!

What are Memberships?

We have Monthly memberships: 3x a Week and Unlimited. 

Discounts are given if you want to pay for 3 or more months at a time, but we have




We are straight up Membership only.  If you want to come pay that month, if you don't, we don't want you to feel trapped!!

What Discounts do you have?

 Military, first responders, family members of 1st member, and  full time students. 

Any other perks to being a member?

YES!! Beverly International Products are heavily discounted for members, we have RX FITAID, which is ONLY AVAILABLE at CrossFit Affiliates, and you get cool swag for winning our gym competitions:)
